We stayed for a magical few days almost three years ago. It was the trip that cemented our relationship; we are married now, with a baby, and carry the spirit of Posada La Poza every day. If only we could eat like that (I still dream of the rosti for breakfast), and enjoy the incredible peace and beauty of the garden, the pool and the lagoon, life would be perfect.

As it is, we look forward with great anticipation to coming back. And we're sorry it took so long to write this testimonial!

Where can you find a Five Star Restaurant? At Posada La Poza! Juerg, you have become our favorite Chef! The best we have had in a very long time. The atmosphere, service, and the graciousness of Libushe, and your staff is impeccable!

Libushe, it boggles our minds how you designed such a beautiful garden oasis, and your art is incredible!

Thank you for the personal tour of your gardens, the explanation of all the plants, trees, and your design!

Your rooms are beautiful, and such a very private special getaway, by the town of "Pueblo Magico", that we are sure to be visiting soon again!
